Absolutely incredible work. I brought my Audi R8 in with a pretty noticeable rock chip in the windshield and was honestly worried about how visible it would be afterward. They absolutely nailed it. The repair is so clean that you really have to look for it to even find where the chip was.

I’m extremely particular about this car and didn’t want to trust the windshield to just anyone. They took their time, did the job right, and the result exceeded my expectations. It’s becoming harder and harder to find shops that actually take pride in their work like this.

If you have a higher-end car or simply care about getting a rock chip repaired properly instead of just getting it “good enough,” I’d absolutely recommend these guys. 5 stars and I’ll definitely be back!

5 stars is an understatement. Nicholas is absolute perfectionist level.

I am notoriously, painfully OCD about my cars, so leaving a vehicle with any detailer always comes with a bit of hesitation. Nicholas at Autowerx Detailing didn’t just meet my absurdly high standards—he blew them completely out of the water.

I brought in my 2024 Nissan Leaf daily driver. Even though it only had 500 miles on the odometer, it had been sitting outside on a dealer lot in South Carolina for two full years, so the paint was in rough shape and needed serious love. From the start, scheduling was effortlessly smooth and transparent.

Nicholas applied CQuartz +DQuartz ceramic coating, but what really blew me away was how far above and beyond he went. He picked up on every minute flaw, tackling small details and extra finishing work I didn't even think to ask for. His eye for detail is unmatched.

I've been going to Autowerx/Nick for over 12 years now. I'm pretty meticulous about my vehicles, and every car I've owned has gone through Nick. I’ve gone there for basic washes to full interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and PPF.

His attention to detail is amazing. Things most people wouldn't care much about, he gets. The tight crevices between seats and console, the air vents, the small gaps in bumper grills.

I brought in my black Airstream Sprinter van that was suffering from paint fading, micro scratches, water spots and general deterioration from several years of hard use and 40,000 miles. Nick was fantastic! I had him give me the full premium color correction and ceramic coat on my truck and this thing looks amazing! With the ceramic coat dirt just washes off so easily and the shine is beautiful! Nick is truly someone who cares about the fine details and someone who has a real passion for the work he does. When I had him look over my truck and told him I wanted the premium treatment, he got clearly excited. Then he spent the next week obsessing over every little detail. I purchased a VW golf in 2017. The dealer wanted to charge me around $1000 to add “protection” to the interior and exterior, basically by waxing the car and spraying the interior with aerosol protectant. At the recommendation of a mechanic friend of mine, I instead chose to take my car to Autowerx, where for less money they buffed out all the micro scratches due to the tape that was put on the exterior for protection during shipping), thoroughly cleaned and stripped all contaminants still on the surface, then applied a quartz protectant. The result was actually stunning. Three years later, I went back for a refresh, which was enough to again restore the finish to how it was before.

Last month, nine years after we purchased the car, I went back for a complete interior and exterior detail. The drainage lines in the sunroof had clogged up, and water had dripped into the floor of the interior, causing mold to grow. That situation, plus the fact that it had been several years since I had the exterior redone, meant it was definitely time to take it back to Autowerks. Prior to coming in, they told me it would be a four day process to properly clean and dry the interior, plus also redo the exterior, and I reserved a time slot when they could fit me in and give me one of their loaner cars. Once they were finished, the car actually looks brand new. And this is a red car, a color known to fade more than other colors. I paid around $1300, which I consider to be a very reasonable amount for all the work done. Part of the reason my car looks this good after NINE years is because of the quality of their work. In three years, when the car is ready for its next detailing, of course I’ll be bringing it back to Autowerx. And I should also mention that I live in Portland, not Newberg, but I’m more than happy to make the drive.

My honest opinion is this: If your car just needs a regular detailing, and you don’t live close to Newberg, you can just use a reputable mobile car detailing company that will come to you. But if you want the highest quality work done, and you want your car to be as protected and beautiful as possible for years, I absolutely recommend Autowerx. Absolutely 10 out of 10!
