We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time position, operating from Monday through Friday. Nevertheless, we understand that potential candidates may have specific availability constraints. We are open to discussing flexible scheduling arrangements to accommodate the right individual’s needs while fulfilling the requirements of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles to restore their original appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any defects, scratches, or stains and develop appropriate action plans for addressing them in accordance to the scope provided in the project’s work order.
- Apply specialized treatments and protective coatings to preserve and enhance vehicle surfaces, including paint, wheels, tires, trim, upholstery, glass, etc.
- Utilize various tools, equipment, and cleaning products effectively and safely to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, customer information, and inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in auto detailing or related fields is a plus; however, we are open to training motivated individuals with a positive attitude, even without prior experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of various cleaning and detailing techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a stick shift is a plus!

We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
