Gtechniq is a reputable ceramic coating brand that has been producing high-quality car care products since 2001. We really enjoy using this coating; however, it is very similar to our other ceramic coating offerings from CarPro, and so to simplify our cabinet space we’re discontinuing our Gtechniq line. Crystal Serum Light (CSL) is based on Gtechniq’s professional grade formula, Crystal Serum Ultra, which can allegedly last up to 9 years.
The combinations we’re offering of CSL + Exo v4 or C2 v3 provides a deep gloss and a nice, slippery feeling surface that resists light wash marring, water spotting, chemical etching, and UV damage for anywhere from 3-5 years. The main difference between the two treatments is Exo v4 is a more durable top coating, and the top coating is what mostly imparts slickness and hydrophobicity to the surface; therefor, the CSL + Exo package requires less maintenance and provides the best overall performance and user experience.
